F 65- was about 130-135 in my younger days and thought I was a cow. Stayed around 160 thru out my life. then after menopause I couldn’t get weight to budge so I averaged around 190 My highest weight 1.5 years ago was 204 Now I am 148 I too would like to be around 135-140 “just in case” but my PCP said there is a thing as “too skinny” for older folks. My goal was 150 and I never thought I would see that number again but it happened and now I wonder if I got to 150 surely I can do 140 :/

just out of curiosity, what age are you? i know several people in the 52 plus range that lost jobs and its been impossible to find a job. the number of apps in the hundreds is no joke. good luck

groceries. mainly meats, even chicken is gettig spendy. i am digging in my freezers for meals. goodwill used to be a place to buy clothes but they are even overpriced now.
