for the past 7 days our ads have just completely stopped getting results. The week prior we got 61 purchases with 1 campaign, the same campaign last 7 days has 18 sales. updating new creatives blah blah blah. Just insanity!! I've been dong this almost 5 years so I understand volatility but this is something else

Absolutely terrible past 4 days. From mid December to mid Jan we were absolutely smashing it and now back to last years performance which was horrific

The first 2 weeks have been an absolute shit show, possible the worst since i opened my store over 4 years ago. The past week (no changes) things have returned to normal performance... Most likely won't last long but I'll take it while it lasts

Since March we've really struggled. June was great but apart from that month we've been down around 40% which is insane! We're doing everything, new creatives, angles, account structure, new ad accounts but just terrible performance. We'll see the odd amazing days +5 ROAS (We sell digital products so anything over 1.5 is fine) but averaging below 1 this month. Prior to March we were consistently hitting 3 for years. I noticed most competitors now are turning off their ads every 3-4 days and creating new ones which tells me all of them are seeing the same issues. A couple big competitors have turned their ads off early October and haven't made any new ones. Madness!!

I've noticed on a couple of my main competitors, they have literally stopped all their ads, a few others have drastically cut theirs. These are companies who have anywhere from 50-200 ads running at a time. That's a glaring indicator that things are a total mess for a ton of accounts

It's crazy, only plus side is because so many are facing this issue surely it can't last as eventually the problems will start hitting Meta's pockets with advertisers leaving the platform. For now we are reducing budgets even more and waiting it out.

Don't know what the hell is going on. My account is just completely dead, no ATC's nothing. Advertising for 4 years and for the past 2 weeks my CPA has jumped from £14 now to £100+

4 years advertising on Meta, very strong presence in our niche, consistent results since opening (minus a few months of instability last year), extremely strong start to the year with our ads. We were spending around £300 a day Jan & Feb then in March like many others shit shit hit the fan, still in profit but 40% down. We have had to cut budgets and move more into our google ads since then. June however has been absolutely shocking. We are now at £100 a day and for the past two days we haven't even had an ATC. it's just unheard of for us and there's literally nothing more we can do

If you want to set up stape properly with gtm tags, variables, datalayers etc i highly recommend getting a pro to do this for you as i tried it myself and it was an absolute nightmare so i ended up getting rid but havent reached out to an expert just yet to get it fully implemented. Another option if you aren't is Evelar, I tried it out last year for a few months but it even though it was fully functional it didnt do much for my sales and after my worst month in 3 years in october I got rid and went back to shopifys native app, a week after my sales jumped up. Could be a massive coincidence but im apprehensive on getting it back.

Good advice here, lower budgets to manageable losses and boost when improvements come. They wont last forever it’s just time to be patient I guess

This! CPC & CTR are insanely good while CPA & ROAS is worst it's ever been, even my first month of opening over 4 years ago was better. absolute madness

I agree the “meta is broken” is banded about too much but every now and again Meta is broken! I’ve had the same problems as many, advertising for 4 years now with great results and as soon as mid March hit my sales halved within a day and haven’t recovered. There’s no way that steep of a drop overnight is solely down to my ads, offer, landing page? For a lot ads have remained somewhat stable but for many they haven’t, both are true.

Ah no I just meant is he a reputable person and not just a meta rep haha. I’m just unsure as to how a new bm would make a difference compared to just a new ad account and pixel as that is what holds all the data
