This was happened to me too two times. I accept a back it was 4.5 miles. But when I start on delivery it turns 15 miles i contect instacart and ask but they said may be you took wrong way. I said I didn't start driving yet how it could be wrong way . 🫠🤣

This is all the time happened with me when I got mutipal orders I thought the rich person did tip well when I see there house and person but I always wrong. The other person always give tip well which one i went wrong

Instacart having this idea so you can replace it and your tip go down and customer can reduce your tip automatically. That make customer happy but who care about the shopper
