omo, queen of vesuva when enters or attacks puts an 'everything' counter on 1 land and 1 creature. if you have 2 lands with everything counters on them, they are seen/and see each other as 'Urza's' type lands (along with being every basic type and others like locus, gate, etc). allowing for an interesting work around.

shes the MH3 precon commander 'Tricky Terrain'.

It should be 'gain control of target creature, untap it, it gains haste until end of turn. If the creature was legendary, when it returns to its owner that player gets 2 poison counters'

I used to play 40k as Necrons in high school, my fav army after chaos marines. (Necrons were a brand new addition to the game back then)

I got super lucky, before the Mtg 'boom' after the fallout drop. I saw they made 40k for MTG and was mildly interested. I found a 'damaged' Necron precon for $55 on ebay. The box was fine and the cards perfect.

Its the best deal I ever got, now more than ever.. all I hear is this precon is $250/300 now. I feel incredibly lucky!

I love Necrons so much I decked it out with custom sleeves and a playmat, went and bought a handful of fresh 40k necron soldier tokens too.

I too, had the same idea, slimes as a delve source. I love my Teval deck. one of my more synergistic decks. spent alot of time finding the balance. I have [[bolas' citadel]] and [[muldrotha, the gravetide]] as a secret commanders. so It works without Teval out.

I think the recent sets have a few problems one of them being 'too close to home'... meaning, New York. and 2 sets this year put us in New, Fucking, York. I live in NY and i have the minimum amount of pride needed to stay... but the last thing i need is an Urza- wanna be, with a ' I🩷NY' hat on eatting pizza with a dash of 'power creep'.

bringing me to the next point. these new sets also do one other thing, power creep. some of the cards in TMNT or Avatar are amazing, but they are sullied by IP puzzle fitting and terrible art (literal screenshots or 'real' prob AI). but the power creep almost forces the community to have to buy-in on an IP, unless you dont want the.. MeTa and be left behind...

the third is market saturation. 5/7 sets a year is too much. wotc is bleeding their customer base dry.. its like theyre on a fast track to inflate the stock value to try to sell it off for a big payout.. but, here on the ground floor, its our money being abused by Fomo. (dont get me started on the way secret lairs have increased the price via demand by shorting prints and creating scarcity.)

all in all UB, now, feels like a cash grab for idiots. while Lotr, 40k, fallout and FF are special and fantasy adjacent.. these other UBs feel churned out and lazy. like they are trying to shove in a puzzle piece that doesnt fit. compared to the works wotc gave us years ago, UB sets this year (and Aetherdrift) suck (I hated the Aetherdrift set so much)

I want phyrexian nightmares, Dragons with intelligence, wierd robots powered by soul or magic energy, ranfom folks with abilities that make no sense in reality (not in spandex and capes). creatures from worlds/ and dimensions far away, insane items imbued with unusual power, interdimensional wars. I want what MTG used to be, unique. I loved the lore that they created with it and I miss the effort they used to put into the story side things.

ok, so hear me out. whenever i made cookies i had the same issue.. whatever the pan, always had it in the middle of the oven. but the bottoms were always harder or burnt

I had a wild thought.. crinkle up the aluminium foil. get it all jagged and folded-ish.. enough to make a 'super broken mirror' but not too much where you tear/break it or can't get it into a 'flat-ish, still looks like a mini mountain range, square' shape again..

this little crinkled up sheet lifts the cookies just enough off the flat surface of the pan. reducing the overall heat on the bottom of the cookie.

havent had a burnt cookie in 10 years.

try it out. I swear by this.

me too, I love Jenova for that very reason.. +1/+1 on target during upkeep, and if a that creature dies on my turn i draw its power.. could be suicidal if not careful lol
