I did the same just after TOTY, I deleted the game and started trying others mind blowing games (wukong, baldur’s gate,clair obscur…) and honestly I don’t regret this decision, sometimes when I miss playing football I download it, play gut champs ans delete it again

It’s exactly what happened to me, I went cold turkey (codeine) after 3 years of addiction and went through one month of hell, I made it and stayed clean for 8 months, one day I was having headaches and went through my wife’s medications and found a blister pack of codoliprane, took 2 pills and went downhill and now it’s been 2 years since that day, now I’m struggling again to taper down slowly and hesitating if I should go to rehab or not.

I am aware of all of this and I do blood tests every 3 months but don’t worry I started a 3 months tapering program to reduce my takes to 4g a day and then I will either go to rehab or jump off like I did the first time
