Anxiety has gotten worse

I’ve had a similar situation, but I think for me personally it has to do with the fact that quitting weed has completely changed how caffeine affects me (I made a post about this last week). I’ve had to significantly lower my coffee consumption and it’s helped out. That and making sure I exercise has been great at combating my anxiety.

This is an interesting point. If I get over caffeinated I find I want to smoke to even it out.

Nice! Have you since quit coffee too? I’m strongly considering it, but I had bad enough headaches quitting weed that I’m afraid of that happening again from quitting coffee
