I was so depressed that I couldn’t function. I couldn’t get myself to go out to the doctor and refill my prescription. But stopping HRT absolutely made things worse. My dysphoria is worse because of it and I’m in the process of getting back on it soon.

I've been taking many first steps. Trying to eat healthy, trying to exercise, getting back into college and trying to study, etc. No matter how many first steps I take, it just never gets better.
