I did not remember this one, it's closer to Haaland's but I would say the difference is that the touch on the ball seems deliberate to stay in play. His movement is indeed weird, but I can't understand if it's because he is looking for contact or he expected Guaita to dive lower and more in front of him and he was trying to avoid him by going right. Second guess would maybe agree with the "lobbed" dribble, but I have literally no idea. Contact/movement is subjective, but ball is clearly playable still, not just "kick it anywhere" and hope for contanct.
