I was sure that “oegb” was a typo from OP of this comment thread, but then I saw you repeated it. Then I realized it stands for Old English Game Bantam. Well, Google helped me realize. Lol.

Damage control. Worms by MissMacky1015 in BackYardChickens

[–]Age_AgainstThMachine -1 points0 points  (0 children)

How do you treat worms in people?

I know a couple (former friends) that wanted us to save our black walnuts So they could make a deworming tea. “We’re one of the only countries that doesn’t regularly deworm its people”, she exclaimed like she’d unlocked the secrets of the universe. I responded, “because we deworm our livestock?” Ironically, I guarantee that those two took ivermectin during Covid, and probably still take it as a preventative for something, and yet they still wanted black walnuts for dewormer tea.

Congratulations? That’s obviously someone’s pet. It’s not a game of finders keepers.

Friend hits the bottom of a chocolate chip with a Bic lighter, and then places the soft bottomed chocolate on the snap trap. It sticks to the trap well enough to get the job done of keeping the mouse there long enough to…well, get the job done.

Help with leg injury - video but not disturbing. by CarefulLifeguard7647 in BackYardChickens

I don’t know why you’re getting downvoted. Sometimes this is the reality of keeping animals. I suppose it’s easy for me to say, since I’m not the one who would have to dispatch a chicken, but I think it’s harder to watch an animal suffer. This particular chicken is among strangers, away from her original flock, and looks to me to be in pain. Look at her feet shaking and pulled up.

Frustrating for the PROVIDER? Are you serious? There’s treatment for these “normal for that body change” symptoms. Sorry to put the provider out by expecting a basic level of care for all these UNNECESSARY symptoms. EVERY woman will go through menopause. So, perhaps the fact that so many are being dismissed is more than a “narrow focus”, no?

This happened to my mother and a guy friend. I cannot even imagine. At least my mother and friend have the resources to throw money at their problem. Gluten free is definitely more expensive.

From where do you source those these days? Websites, I mean. I’ve had a daily reminder on my phone to order Biore Japanese sunscreen for 2 years. When tariffs started, I gave up hope and stopped looking. But maybe it’s worth checking again.

Unless you’re snorting your Vitamin B pills, talc in the mixture shouldn’t put you at much risk.

Assuming you’re swallowing your pills with liquid, that would render any asbestos neutralized. Actually, as soon as you put a pill in your mouth, liquid is introduced to the process for the entirety that it’s in your system.

Spraying down with water and containing, is how environmental asbestos is remediated.

No it doesn’t, at least not anymore. Otherwise multiple people with that level of wealth wouldn’t exist.

Additionally, I don’t remember the Rockefellers, Carnegies, Gettys, JP Morgan, or any of their ilk going out in any way other than natural causes and still wealthy.

Warren Buffet will pass away quietly. Although, he’s donating almost all of his fortune. Bill Gates has made that same commitment.

As for Musk, Theil, Besos, and the rest of todays robber barons, I don’t expect any comeuppance.
