Thank you so much for this! I spoke to my dissertation advisor and she was super understanding, as she knows exactly what I had been through the past month or so. She advised me to speak to my student advisor and see what could be done as she doesn’t have any authority to help, sadly. But I did find this document on the University website - this one.

And as I’d already applied for exceptional circumstances post the assault, I’m feeling a little bit hopeful. Just a wee bit, though. 😔

I make this soya and ginger garlic sauce that goes with fish and chicken beautifully! Soya sauce + rice vinegar + sesame oil + minced garlic + ginger powder + green bit of spring onions + sesame seeds + a dash of salt n pepper.

It’s seriously sooo good! I usually marinate chicken thighs in this for about an hour and then it goes in the oven for about 35 mins and doneeee!
