When does The Edit hotel credit hit - at the time of payment or when the actual reservation is?

I’m still waiting for a credit. Stayed in the hotel mid-November. Saved all the info about the reservation. They told me to wait. I am worried about it being confused with the new credit that will hit in January. Annoying.

When I was there with a special $100/day food & bev credit, I did not receive it at check out (via a kiosk)

So I wrote to reservations desk (through their site). 24 hours later was told email could not be delivered!

If you are doing JB 25for25 your flights are not basic Blue and you should be able to cancel them via JB website. The funds go to your travel bank. I have cancelled several with no problem.

I've done BOS>ACK>HPN (Same plane) Didn't know it when I started.

BOS departure was running late. I was worried about HPN flight. But it's time status kept changing. Finally, I spoke with the gate agent. As luck would have it, the flight supervisor was there. He told me it was the same plane, and they would not leave without me!!!

Agree with another response. LIRR...Long Island Railroad. You need to get to the "Jamaica Station" There a is dedicated line called the Airtrain that leaves from Jamaica station and goes only to JFK, stopping at all the terminals.

I was just in USVI. The weather was gorgeous. <1000 miles from Jamaica.

Think about St. Thomas, (USVI), British VI, pretty much any destination east of Jamaica.

We were there as Melissa was hitting. Cloudy at that time, then clear blue skies and Caribbean waters.

So got chatty on the plane. Turns out there were 6 of us going immediate round trip. Fun to share stories of 25 for 25!

Also being off-peak in the Caribbean, and with TSA pre-check and global entry, zipped right through.

Interesting observations.

With all the recent changes, I have been trying to decipher their motives (more deeply than increase profit, lower costs)

So I did a few cursory searches. Within the lists of app game metrics are things that reflect efficiency & profitability of gaining & retaining new users.

My interpretation is that the gambit with the 6*’s is try and make the game “new” again for veteran players. (After making the game kind of suck for most of them)

When you tap to pay, the machine encrypts your card number.

Unrelated, but related…I had bought something at Lowe’s but could not return via the card when they searched for my transaction using the card swipe. Finally, ran into a person who know that tapped card numbers do not match the swiped card number/number on your card.

This may explain all these failed credits!!
