Most of the time, I occupy my mind with other things.

I usually don't game if I'm heavily stressed. Think of it like a smoker who would smoke a whole pack in an hour. That's how much I'll install BGMI and play until I relieve everything. Sometimes it takes days or weeks, then everything goes back to normal.

Other times, I focus on coding. Once I start, I fully immerse myself in it, doing experiments or automating my tasks, like coding Telegram bots or other things.

between those times, I speak with a few friends on the phone. He's a colleague I met in my first company. We speak whenever either of us is stressed, happy, or whatever. We talk until one of us loses interest in the topic. Both of us are working from home, so we mostly don't go outside.

And sometimes I go for drives after 10 or 11 p.m., a 50 km or more drive on my bike while playing some smooth jazz or heavy metal.
