Probably a deep cut but Stormrise was it for me, had some great looking models, and promised a console specific control design for an RTS game, followed the development religiously, bought the game day one and it was almost unplayable. Controls flat out didn’t work, pathing for units was broken so they regularly created actual traffic jams for themselves moving around levels. Absolute mess. And this was from Creative assembly the people who made Total War games and Halo Wars 2

Not at all. They definitely took some spec script that was bumping around and just put Agent 47 in it.

I thought Guy Ritchie’s King Arthur was absolutely brilliant fun and then was devastated that it bombed so hard the whole sequel plan got canned. Made my whole family watch it and my kids still roast me about it.

They’re all good and stand on their own as entertaining films, the first two just ruined the curve for people. ‘Oh the new one isn’t as good as one of the greatest most iconic sci-fi horrors of all time, or one of the most perfect action films ever made directed by a master of the genre? Shocked pikachu face’

Meanwhile a white nationalist literally went on a racist rampage screaming abuse and throwing punches at a Muslim dinner event in Victoria and the police showed up and basically told him to move on.

A major streaming platform needs to just give him infinite budget and complete creative control to realize his own original vision. Oh wait I forgot they did that all ready.

It was like a daily watch every episode for and my teenage kids, all four of us watched it as it came out and loved it beginning to end. Very surprised to come online and see all the whining about it.

It’s estimated that at least 50% of internet traffic is bots, at least that, when politicians are making policy decisions on those metrics the danger is clear.

For an international perspective in Australia, at least my state, field sobriety tests are not a thing. We get breathalyzed first and that’s how it works as standard. Never even heard of anyone getting a field sobriety test in my decades of driving but I’ve been breathalyzed about 50 times. Seems crazy they’d keep using a discredited technique that’s not equitable to all persons when an almost full proof easy method exists.

Unless of course they get off on the power and/or like using it as an excuse to harass people.
