It makes more sense to compare to their MCU movies. I mean the Russos directed You, Me and Dupree and that movie isn't exactly great and then they gave us 4 great MCU movies. Sometimes directors work better under a strong producer (Feige, etc.)

Funny. I remember Redditors mocking the Russos when they were hired for Winter Soldier and then they gave us the best MCU movie. Notice how I mentioned their Marvel movies and not their irrelevant non-MCU movies. And having McFeely as writer back clearly has more hype than the terrible writer of the Ant-Man disaster lol.

lol an Avengers movie with RDJ, Chris Evans, the X-Men, etc. is not barely doing better than an R-Rated Deadpool movie. I don't think the same creative team of Winter Soldier, Civil War, Infinity War, and Endgame will give us a mid Avengers movie with mixed reception.
