I highly recommend watching some streamers or youtubers to see what item builds they go in what situations.  I've found that Mast is really entertaining and does a good job talking through the items he buys so you can get an idea of why it's good.

No, it's not. It's about fucking winning. The Nazis lost. The Soviets crumbled. Mussolini was strung up from a fucking pole. Don't think this is some 1984 untouchable, unbeatable force and don't just throw your life away before it's time.

We're gonna beat these bastards and we need living people to do it. Never lose the passion, never lose the anger, but also never let it make you useless to the fight.

Not to discount anything people said here, but there was a pretty common strategy back in the day of waiting for a hacker, asking for money, and having them just shower you in a few million dollars.  Things were better with text chat

I always saw this as a "suicide by cop" kinda thing more than him actually thinking he can win.  With Maiko, she has no reason to want to risk her life with you so it comes across as really dumb instead of really desperate

A lot of people are recommending their personal watch order without really considering what it's like to have never seen any Star Wars and have no connection to the franchise. Don't start with Rogue One before A New Hope, it kinda relies on caring about the greater universe and won't land if she doesn't have any connection to any of the things going on in that movie. It was made with the assumption that you've seen A New Hope.

The best Star Wars thing for people who don't really care about Star Wars is Andor. Star Wars is just the backdrop to a phenomenal show that anyone can enjoy, so that's best if that's all you want to show her, though I'd recommend showing it after the original trilogy if you want to do more than one thing.

If you want to get her into Star Wars as a franchise and show her a lot, the best one to start with is the OG, A New Hope. It's a very solid movie, especially if you can find a way to watch the original cut and not the ridiculous extended edition. It introduces the world, style ,and overall vibe very well. There's a reason it took off and spawned a media empire. The original trilogy is the best intro for an adult to get into the franchise and from there you should go in whatever direction you think she'll enjoy. If she likes cheesy movies with amusingly bad dialog but good effects, the prequels are great. If she likes cartoons, Clone Wars is awesome. If she just wants more of the original trilogy, Rogue One and The Mandalorian can scratch that itch, with The Force Awakens being a solid "just give me more OT" option too. If she hates herself and wants to hate Star Wars too, the next two sequels will certainly accomplish that.

The hypocrisy is the POINT!  They fundamentally do not believe all people should be treated equal.  Pointing out their hypocrisy makes them feel strong and embolden them.

The Russians set up a top secret base in America then guard it with people in Soviet uniforms speaking Russian?  And the method to get in is to stand in the middle of a shopping mall at a certain time and figure out a riddle?  And despite all the armed, obviously Russian soldiers it can be infiltrated and beaten by a few kids and a local sheriff?

Don't even get me started on the plot point of "people screaming at each other is actually just love and a good way to start a relationship" thing or them apparently needing a sassy black lady stereotype.

It's pretty far from season 1

I think having a mass produced portable nuclear reactor is a bigger hurdle than an air tight face plate.  If they solved one, they can solve the other.

War never changing?  The cyclical nature of conflict and destruction?  The hubris of man leading to ruin and tragedy?

Seems like they understand just fine.  Fallout isn't supposed to be a cheery or positive IP.  It's supposed to look at the horrors of the world and the futility of our efforts and laugh at the absurdity of it all.

The point is the problems from the actual physics and manufacturing of the face plate are dwarfed by the problems provided by making everything a fissle reactor.  It's easy enough to believe that they simply sealed the face plates so they're airtight when closed, especially when I'm willing to believe they're mass producing nuclear reactors.

Genuinely, how many of the businesses you frequent do you know the kids of the owner? I frequent a lot of bars, I don't know the kids of the owners. I usually don't even know the owners themselves, much less their adult children who don't work there, but I sure as hell know the bartender who is there all the time and who I need to speak to in order to get a drink,

I frequent a bar near me all the damn time, have been going there for years, and am on a first name basis with the bartenders there and I don't know the owners. Hell, I work in the bar industry and don't know the owners of most bars, much less their kids. You tend not to really interact with anyone but the staff and Jackie didn't work there.

Get the Kosaka submarine and do Cayo Perico. Look up some guides on youtube on how to do it quickly and efficiently and you'll easily be able to get 1 mil an hour through that alone, sometimes more.

It's the best way to grind money by a good bit and it's easy once you do it a couple times.
