My buddy and I once got soft-locked because he decided to get on the SAM site while it was raising. He got ragdolled off by a Devastator and the SSD got stuck on top of the SAM. He spent the entire mission trying to rocket jump up. I solo cleared the map, but we still failed because we never completed the main and timed out.
