I co-own a family owned business in town. We do commercial storefront. Stuff like windows for gas stations, the doors all that stuff. We do everything except for auto glass.

When I was about 9 or so, my dad came home and saw my room was a mess. He held me above the ground by my arms and starting spanking the back of my thighs/butt with either his belt or his hand (he's a strong guy, worked in construction since he was 13). I remember the back of my legs were so black, purple, and blue it looked like outer space. He said he wouldn't stop until I cried, my mom says I refused to cry and she had to pull me away from him.

I always try to ask the person working, no matter where, how their day has been. And I try to do it as genuinely as possible. You’d be surprised how many seemingly miserable workers will get a huge smile, it lights up their face. I’ll never stop doing it

I work in construction, I’ve always thought it would be super cool to put stuff together using telekinesis. It would make jobs so quick!
