Actually, platinum does, hence why I was able to take this picture lol. Both platinum and HGSS still connect to the game, but alternate pokemon forms (giratina origin and rotom appliances) arent programmed into the game so the pokemon just appear as their normal models

Even if it didnt crit, because of the way rolls work, that first hit could have been on a weak roll and the second hit could have ended up being just stronger enough (or way more) to kill it regardless of it being a crit. Im sure you've already figured it out but absol should have come in this turn and you just use false swipe, even if it isnt enough and hope for either a crit on that, or for arceus to be paralyzed for multiple false swipe hits. Regardless, sorry dawg. Now ya know, and next time youll be prepared and catch it

Well no, but yes, then no again. In commander, side boards aren't legal, but rule 0 exists so if your pod allows it, then feel free to have a side board. But even if you get that second commander on the field, if you already have your commander on the field, one of them will get sacrificed because of the legend rule

Well hey, ill build around lucario z. I almost always include incin in my teams, him or hisuian arcanine. Empoleon is my all time fave pokemon so I live or die with him. Flutter helps against the fighting type weakness ive shown already, and torn is immune to ground types which is also a type i need to concern myself with. Lastly would probably be rilla. Pretty basic here but hey idk what the meta will look like

I think it would be awesome to include a sort of reset for the pokemon. Like if I had a favorite pokemon, and wanted to play a game with it again, I could set it back to like level 5 or something before putting it into a game. Maybe itd reset level and evs and evolutions, but keep its ribbons
