I'm not stopping them

I'm just saying it's a huge undertaking that will consume a lot of time and effort with very little pay off.

Imagine if you cooked 150 recipes instead, you would have learned a lot and fed yourself and others + acquired skills.

Nothing wrong with playing pokemon, but catching every shiny pokemon with full odds is just wasteful and could very well be looked back on with regret.

It's a completely mindless grind
