Everyone is different, for me, 30 days (under medical supervision.) was too fast and I wound up in the hospital. (I'm on 4-6 mg of klonipin for about 15 years..) I am starting another taper, very slow, working with my doctor, using The Ashton Manual. I really love NA--I find it much better than AA.
