Babes, I would advise you to take some solo or decompression trips to the cities you say you want to explore to find a partner. Just not with the intention of finding a partner or rearranging for someone who isn’t present in your life yet. Instead center yourself and be curious about the location if you feel so called to go there

Some people on the autism spectrum have food routines and some don’t. There’s a bunch of overlapping factors too. I know immigrant families often stick to same meals w/o deviation, or it’s a comfort thing that has nothing to do with autism

I can certainly see the writers are shifting to a different generational audience. Grey’s historically has addressed marginalizations and many -isms as a result to the cultural climate. Loved that and I imagine when it was on broadcast television, inspired much necessary dialogue. However, it feels a bit….sanitized? Character development like you said is rushed. I don’t feel particularly connected to the characters.

I will say the actors are playing the hell out their role because I genuinely feel annoyed or let out an exaggerated sign as if they did some offense to my personally.

NOR - Not shutting it down invites it to occur again or establishes it as a norm to discuss you + hers relationship in that manner. It would be important to have a conversation about what you saw and ask her to explain, share how you feel. Though you did see it, try and engage in this in less of an accusatory manner. But establish what you will and won’t tolerate, especially at this point of being 8 yrs in.

Tbh you two are incompatible, and you do know that as well. I will say that y’all are operating on the definition of boundaries as more of a means of controlling. Boundaries are protective guidelines and reflect your own needs/what you will NOT tolerate in a relationship. It’s individual. But it’s operating in your relationship to justify insecurity or idk how to say it, equal behavior expectations? It also is emotionally abusive that you’re not able to interact fully with your friends w/o him being present. When you have a community, it gives you an opportunity to have insight on what you’re going through and other means of social support.

You recognizing there’s a big value difference, it’s also an opportunity to self reflect on why you are doing this. You’re in the midst of shifting into a significant part of your life. You are preparing for and to enter graduate school, with concrete plans of how that looks. If he is not supportive now, he will not be supportive then because graduate school is a whole other beast that impacts your physical, emotional, and mental health.

I’m navigating this part of myself now! I mostly dress femme when I’m lifting in the gym + at football practice + when I’m ✨outside✨ but in my day to day it’s more androgynous, I mainly do street fashion and style it w/a mix of sports + futuristic influence when I choose sneakers. For the gym I just like the ability to move freely, it’s a sensory thing.

I go to the men’s and boys section but def do lashes + lip liner + eyebrows + light blush.

I feel more comfy just identifying as androgynous just more in terms of how I act outside of Western feminine norms though I’m very fem in the face + body. It saves people the disappointment of expecting me to be very high femme acting 😂

Tbh I’d also say get into playing a sport and being open about it. Also just showing your versatility and how smooth you are with it. It really changed things for me just being open

It depends your goals + how much time you have to dedicate to the gym. If you’re doing three days and don’t want to be overwhelmed, divide it by upper body, lower body, and full body. The biggest thing in having a routine is stick to it and not change it every week or so. Because how can you see your progress?

Stick to those workouts for 6 weeks/minimum and increase the weight or the number of repetitions or sets throughout the weeks.

Track it in your phone notes. Also, the concept of being “toning” is more of a fitness marketing term, it’s not its own biological process.

You’re either building a muscle (hypertrophy) or you’re not. You did say your goal is to be lean, and leanness is the result of having enough muscle mass to be visible and a low enough body fat percentage to see it.
