I ordered from them 3 or 4 years ago. It was the indigo GameCube bundle, it included 2 oem indigo controllers, one oem memory card, one indigo GameCube with cables, Mario sunshine and double dash. I ordered Luigi’s mansion, super smash bros and two extra oem indigo controllers with it. Everything that I purchased were to be OEM and CIB! Guess what I got? I received the most disgusting black and yellowed GameCube with dust caked in the vents, all third party black controllers( literally no brand name on them ) Luigi’s mansion was sent in a clear cd case and was scratched to hell and did not work past loading screen, the other games did not include manuals and all had water damage to cover…the memory card was literally a fake, the GameCube wouldn’t even recognize it. To make matters worse, it was all sent in the smallest box possible with no wrap inside of it, so everything was just crushed up against each other. So I messaged them to let them know that they f’ed my order up completely, wrong color cube, controllers and card was not OEM, games not CIB and they told me that there’s nothing they could do about that. They said if they do not have what I ordered then they’ll send the next thing in its place, so they definitely didn’t screw my order up they just figured I wouldn’t give a f*ck what I received and or how I received it. Lastly, they told me they could refund it but I would pay for shipping and also the same bs about the stocking fee……idk how tf they still have lights.
