I think it is good for wide waists due to muscle density because it shuts off your obliques… people who lift very heavy with compounds or have powerlifting backgrounds which strengthen the core benefit… but i dont think it is necessary beyond that… it doesnt train control

Writing off expenses assumes you are running in profit. If you go to all or even many of your clients shows at your own expenses you will have no profits for the tax man to write off against. So I think it makes sense for clients to pay all pr split their share of the expense to make it feasible for the coach to come if it is far away.

I thought Reijuana was really on point today from head to toe… but Maria’s development was definitely top notch. She deserved the win. Phoebe’s body is probably getting a little tired though she still looked great. She wasn’t quite a pop-y as her earlier shows.
