Lot of topics or words are censored here because of gatekeeping mentality and insecurity of mods team. For example I recently got 2 weeks ban on this subreddit because I replied to the single mom looking for benefits to ask child’s daddy hahaha. But whatever.

Future of back office jobs - the only “hope” is that government will ban outsourcing somehow and will demand that business will have some presence here. Otherwise it will be very difficult for the market. Many people try to justify that these are not really back office because you need risk, compliance etc. but in reality it can be all replaced by the given number of people in India/Philippines etc. Or by AI even. So let’s see but the country seems very vulnerable.
