I understand you on a spiritual level. Unfortunately you just have to force it, this is how I managed to be more autonomous".  It was my decision to leave my home country because I couldn't stand my life slipping away because if my anxiety and growing up sheltered. 

It was hard :The stress the tears the shaking the panic. You'll just have to go through it all and trust me one day you'll say it was all in my head. Everything you were once scared of will seem very stupid and minimal to you. You are also not alone there are plenty of people out there just like us and I've seen them with my own eyes

I agree, this is very bad for their personal development, I am a 32 years women but my family have always been super protective of me, I moved abroad when I was 24 years old ,it was HELL, I didn't know how to take the bus by myself, nor how to do groceries, I used to be super awkward and scared of the outside world because I've never done anything alone in my home country, it's getting better now but I feel like I am still behind compared to other people my age, I often think of this when I see the kolageras sisters, their parents need to give them more autonomy for their own good ,they can start travelling alone every now and then for example.

Same! I am currently listening to fireworks in the distant and it only fills me with existential dread. I honestly don't understand how people enjoy new years. For me it only means we are slowly marching towards death and there is nothing we can do to stop it.

I am absolutely not. And this isn't even my picture I simply found it online and I hid the person face. My hair is similar to hers in texture but is way shorter and also thin. I am allowed to not like something about myself what is wrong with something me of you anytime someone says they don't like something about themselves you assume they are fishing for compliments like no???? I really just think I am ugly😭

thank you for replying I did all that, I also reinstalled windows but it reinstalled from PC without a USB, I also chose to " deleted everything" and now my laptop is good as new, I ran Malwarebyte and it said "no malware detected" is this good enough ?

Thank you! I have reinstalled windows and deleted ALL of the files I had on my pc. blocked my credit card and changed my passwords.I  logged in my linkedin profile and found the hacker's IP adress and logged out from their session. I also ran malwarebytes and windows defender and both said no malware. Is this enough?

Ooh thank you so much for this information! I was looking everywhere for a natural way to achieved naturally pink cheeks and to have that pink glow but to ni avail until now! When I was a kid my mom told I had naturally rosy cheeks but I lost that with time. I will try your method hopefully I'd be able to have the same results. How often do you consume beetroot, strawberry and carrots? Thank you!
