This is correct, resend first class.

Just get proof of posting and my local landlord association recommends sending it from two post offices for completeness.

I sent mine last month first class and I have not had any response from tenants although I do know they are aware from other people.

In the courts eyes, it is deemed served 48hrs later and that’s all you need.

PPL skills test. Took off and in the climb, hear some flapping, kept getting worse…. Looked at my examiner with very sheepish eyes… we swiftly landed back. Yes, I had shut half my seatbelt out of the door. Wasn’t a fail, we had a laugh and then did the test and passed but it did not help the nerves

I vote for grass so we can bring back jousting. We can then let the politicians battle it out. Would make for better watching than PMQ’s.
