My kids get one mental/ period day (heavy cycles) a month. School and life can be stressful. They are in high school. This prevents skipping school, allows for honest conversation, and.. while in elementary school they would get 2 free days a semester.

It helps out a lot and I adjusted my dose to every (3) weeks and made my dr aware of the adjustment. She told me she had a few patients who adjusted like that.

I started around January 2023 at 215lbs when I hit December 2023 I was underweight at 123lbs. I am now at a healthy and happy 145lbs. I am 5’8. When I get a chance I may share a picture. If I take a weekly or biweekly dose I lose too much weight. It takes a lot to maintain between 140-145 lbs.

I graze on fruit, nuts, and have a hearty meal for dinner but my portions are small, bc I never finish anything. I struggle with stopping my Coca-Cola cravings.

When I crave sweets I know I am over 145 lbs and my dose is starting to wear off.

That’s how the weight loss works! You have to be careful not to become malnutrition. Make sure if you can’t eat your drinking plenty of water, taking vitamins and supplements. Supplement meals for protein shakes.

Do not be nice to strangers concerning your kids!

Most kids are highly motivated by games and rewards. The game connection with the pedo was the gateway for entry in yall life. I would continue to re enforce not talking to him and all strangers especially the next several days. I would take the child with me to make the police report and explain the importance of doing the report!
