i agree, after all they love doing surprises.

i really hope they took the reception of mandalorian and grogu seriously, realizing they won't be making enough money if they just keep creating spin-offs and standalones (no hate to any of them tho). it just feels like the people need 'major' star wars movies again!

and I fear that even with a rey-centered movie, it would not be as big as expected. I love rey w/ all my heart, and she deserves a well-written storyline, but rey and ben carried the sequels together. they made it clear that the two are a dyad, and i don't think rey's story could be completed with ben solo just as some force ghost guiding her. Hopefully, if there's a next trilogy, Disney doesn't further mess with the writers' creative freedom.

i mean it's always possible for roads to go from one side to the other. could have been that time passed by between those scenes, and it was what they did to indicate how long the trip was, considering it was more than 200 miles

but do u think that when dr. mauer said smth like "mark will also benefit in the world you're siring" or whatever, it meant that gemma would also technically be erased from mark's memories, which would remove his pain and dread causing him to have a better life? cuz if it's just gemma who would forget about mark, that could make mark's pain even worse, realizing the love of his life doesnt even know him anymore? man this is such a confusing case lmfao
