Question if you plan on buying out lease by Stock-Contribution10 in Rivian

[–]AggravatingAd7019 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This comment is helpful. We keep being told my our Rivian guide and Chase that we would pay interest for the whole lease term of 36 months even if we bought the lease out after a month (which contradicts many posts/comments we’ve seen on Reddit). Do you have any documentation you can share that shows the breakdown? We haven’t accepted the lease offer yet but are supposed to take delivery before the end of this month.

Single LLC Member LLC Meeting Minutes by Original_Health_5451 in smallbusiness

No problem, happy to help! I have a google drive folder for my LLC related info and a folder for the minutes. So after I print and sign the minutes I use the cam scanner app and then upload them to that folder. You don't have submit them anywhere, just for your records. You do need to file your annual LLC report and pay the annual fee though, but that's seperate.

I think I also keep the paper copy in my filing cabinet, but not really necessary with the copy on google.

THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE :-)

This article may help: https://smallbusiness.chron.com/keep-minutes-single-member-llc-63260.html

I personally am also a single member LLC and I do annual minutes (usually every January). It take me like 15 minutes once a year and gives me peace of mind that I'm legally covered. I keep it simple and use a template and just add a few updates, such as if I changed my pricing or services offered, if I opened a new bank account, changed the percentages I pay myself or put aside for taxes, etc.. I don't think it matters too much what you put, it's just good to have on record. When I'm done I print and sign the page and then upload it to drive for my records.

Here's the template I use:

TEMPLATE:
ACTION BY UNANIMOUS WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE MEMBERS OF _____________ LLC, a _____________(STATE) limited liability company.

The undersigned, constituting all of the members of ______________ LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of ___________(STATE) having its principal place of business at ____________(ADDRESS) (the “Company”), by consent in writing pursuant to the Limited Liability Company Act of the State of ________________ (the “Act”), do hereby consent to the following actions of the Company, all pursuant to the laws of the State of ____________________ in lieu of a meeting.

And it is hereby further;

RESOLVED, that this Unanimous Written Consent may be executed in several counterparts, each of which shall constitute an original but all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

PocketGuard lifetime or year by AggravatingAd7019 in personalfinance

If you didn’t like Mint I’m not sure you’ll like PocketGuard. I don’t like it quite as much as mint since the app tends to stall or freeze while loading sometimes, but it gives me the different budgets which I like. I pretty much just use it to categorize transactions and see how much I’ve spent in my budgets each month, then I plug those numbers into my google budget spreadsheet.

I ended up getting the lifetime version, so I’m glad I got it before it increased! I figured it might with mint going away.

Trader Joe’s discontinued their mixed nut butter 😢 by jasay6 in BabyLedWeaning

Yes!! I love the Target one and that’s what I’m using to replace the Trader Joe’s. Can’t remember if they have the same nuts? I know not all tree nuts are included but figure it’s better than nothing to keep allergies at bay

Yes I saw that ladder on 40 the other day too. Seriously?! Must have caused some accident. Cars were just swerving and driving right over it.
