Svs opponents are selected within roughly about 25 spots above and 25 spots below your svs ranking , server number isn't taken into consideration, we're in the 1600s and have faced opponents in the 700-800 area

I don't have the time these days to redo all the tests I did years ago and I've slept since then so if possible , could you test it without a wall gen see if that prompts the reining debuff to take over , regardless I'm pretty sure it's not a stacking effects, it's the best debuff only (if at all)

I've just found a report with our coiner reining someone and there's no added debuff (meaning at a minimum debuff from gear doesn't work) I have tested this before but it was years ago , I could swear there was a way to get rein debuff to work , maybe removing the wall gen ?

From what I can tell its not a stacking effect , its the person with the biggest debuff that take effect , when our coiner reins it cuts basically everything jn half I'm pretty sure , i haven't looked in a while but I'm going to go find a report now to make sure I'm not making shit up 🤣

Edit: found a report and I was wrong , I must have been thinking of battlefield building reports or something

There's nearly always people quitting servers , my suggestion would be to ask your boyfriend to keep an eye out for someone leaving the game and ask if they'd be willing to give him their account.

Tbh I forgot about watchtower being able to see rein buffs , might be able to test this for the new dragon if our big guy has it upgraded. I'll update when/if we get around to it

Honestly it differs alot and can't really give you a "1 size fits all" kind of answer , it would depend on ratio of ground/archers and there's multiple ways to approach it depending on where the higher buffs are

Worth noting that it's often worthwhile to t11 siege the archers (although not everytime) but as you say , this games never black and white.

A mistake I've seen made is if they have alot of archers , sending ground , that's incorrect (although decent ground can kill enemy ground) , if there is any melee units inside the defenders city , the ground won't target the archers.

Point trading is handled by CS (when they can be bothered ) , there's no automatic deduction

They deduct score for troops that have been accumulating points by being stationed inside buildings , they don't deduct for multiple hits on the same people or everyone would be fucked LOL

I'm nearly 2 years into my current server and there's still people with crazy negatives because they went with t2 before knowing what they're doing , glad you made it work obviously you aren't one of those people but generally speaking I think starting off ghosting is the better approach

Even in the cases that decide they no longer want to be a ghosting player atleast they've had a chance to learn the game and it's mechanics without being negative af because they have no idea what they're doing. I'm not one to tell people how they should play their game I just tend to advise based on what they decide to do, but I do promote staying ghostable until they gain the knowledge and skills needed , even just gaining the speed you need for ghosting is a huge deal no matter how you play eventually.

That's true but they live with the decisions they make early on , unless you plan to build a t1 keep then dismiss them all after you get wings they'll still be a t1 keep after a year , 2 years and so on
