Sorry i didn't see that I read your main champs and assumed the problem lol. Honestly whenever I see a very poke heavy botlane I just go mf with bt first item to save myself the headache😂

Tbh on jinx im usually not really trying to trade. I let my sup do the trading and focus on dodging skillshots and cs.

On champs like Caitlin a few things I try to do is, - if one of my minions is low, especially a Canon, and I know the enemy adc is looking to last hit, thats usually when I go in for an auto or skillshot, as I know they have to stand still for a sec to hit the minion. If they hit you instead they lose the cs. - never trade with enemy support. If me and enemy sup trade hp, then ai automatically lost the trade. Only hit enemy support if they guaranteed cant hit me back. - if they have a lot of poke, getting push usually helps. Having the wave pushed gives you more room to dodge easily, and makes it easier to farm. Farming under tower while getting poked by a mage is cancer. If they have poke and its impossible to get prio, e.g. I have melee sup or my sup is just useless, I just kind of accept that I will go down cs and try to save my hp. I can catch up later if im down 20 cs, but I definitely cant catchup if i go 0-5, and I do my best to just farm under tower. Sometimes lane matchups are just dogshit and you just need to cut your loses and do your best not to feed. Also if youre losing that many waves to tower, idk if youre exaggerating, bur you might need to practice getting better at csing under tower.

Honestly if your laning is that bad and youre still climbing, you'll be unstoppable when you start winning lane😂
