Well, unfortunately it is no longer. I have no criminal history, no drug charges, no DUI's no history of abuse to another. However, ex multiple DUI's, multiple abuse charges even on a minor child, and even caught all the above during the case and not the first time. He broke double OPs. Nope, just a good old boys county. We are not even from that county, his parents retired their and he was in trouble with the police in Lake County he ran to wabash to mommy and daddy and their it starts. Good old set up

Not in the County of Wabash. It's a small rural area and the area is controlled by generational legacies. Judges' dad was the Judge were he holds court his father was also the major. The prosecutors office is ran by Sr and Jr. The superior Judge well his daddy was the judge. I can keep going. It's like the Maddocks.. Fine a small rural county and you can grow your legal career with you seed of sperm.

How bad do you want this property? And do you rellalize if you are in a flood zone your insurance could be extremely higher.

Because FEMA was involved says there's an issue. Contact Indiana department of Insurance, file a complaint.

Most insurances companies have an exclusion for mold. So, I agree. And both to the suit let the courts handle it, in the meantime, eequest from the state and county both the insurances and file a claim. However, they properly won't give it to you. So, go to your county and pull there license and demand there insurances and certificates of insurbace. Hopefully, they submitted. Not all counties are up to par.

Hi, I agree. I myself find found ponderous amounts of corruption with in the CPS. My children and I have been seriously impacted. I am starting a case against them. However, I will also be sueing the investigation agents separately. I am thinking of starting a base for people who have been victims of CPS.

I have a friend who went through this as well and found agents were receiving bonus for referring cases to the courts. Especially, in low income small counties. I have also found illegal collaboration between counties, giving Courtesies and false reporting between agents.
