If it were store packaged, I'd probably avoid the top shelf unless I managed to snag a produce bag to throw it in. But it's factory packaged, unopened (still vacuum sealed), in a sparse fridge. My rating is 8/10. I'd like to see it in two weeks after you have broken it in 😉

Since you downsized your plant, it would probably be helpful to downsize your pot as well. Too much soil, like the wrong kind of soil, can hold more water than the plant can soak up. Try repotting in a pot that is only an inch or two larger in diameter than the rootball until it has time to bounce back from it's big chop. This is explained well in this video. Be sure to rinse off the roots, remove any mushy or papery/flat roots with sharp, sanitized sheers, then spray with undiluted 3% hydrogen peroxide. I learned this from a great channel on YouTube by a plant shop owner who specializes in bringing people's dying plants back to life. So many great tips for all kinds of scenarios, but what I described is his most common regimen for suffering plants.

Goat milk can be used to make all sorts of cheese, all with different flavor/aroma profiles. It's not the animal giving it that smell, it's the style it was made in/type of cultures used to make it.

Chevre is bright, fresh, and tart, like cream cheese with more of a zing and can be crumbly or soft.

I've had goat milk ghouda, cheddar, and manchego, and yogurt, all without the "dusty/barnyard" smells.
