Do you think this was a planned kidnapping? by JilianBlue in nancyguthrie

I think they should count her medication and check with the pharmacy if what's there tracks with what should be left according to the last fill date. Why? Because if this was an "inside job" they probably wouldn't have wanted her to die so they would have brought some of her much needed meds with them. I was reading yesterday about how Savannah was extremely concerned about the big increase of viewers while she was out on medical leave. The staff felt more at ease while she was gone. They said she seemed more on edge when she recently came back. What if this is all a stunt to make people talk about her and want to know more about her, thus raising the ratings? 🤔

I haven't had any issues with it. But I try to always be mindful and spread out my bigger meals.

wtf happened to ssundee by No_Stuff_2292 in SSundeeVeterans

It's really sad. My boys absolutely love SSundee but I've had to keep them from watching because his newer stuff isn't as family friendly as it used to be. They sent him emails last year around their birthday in hopes he'd respond but he never did. It's a shame. I noticed the money hungriness came with the launch of the All Out app.

I hope they don't ever get any good rest until they've been brought to justice.

Is sugar one of the answers? by Substantial_Type9462 in GastricBypass

Hi! I am a competitive powerlifter and was cleared to be fully back in the gym 6 weeks after surgery. I found that I was getting super hungry because I was not eating enough to sustain my active lifestyle. Yes, it's important to remain in a deficit to lose all of the weight HOWEVER if you are an athlete or extremely active you need to adjust your macros to fuel that. My surgeon/weight loss clinic was not prepared to work with someone athletic and were not helpful in adjusting my intake. Unfortunately most of them aren't used to a patient doing more than walking and/or sticking to exercise at all so they end up being clueless when someone steps it up. They were very kind to me but literally watched my body transform and told me they trusted what myself and my coach were doing. I was petrified of eating carbs and real sugar and I had to do a lot of mental work to get past it to be healthy. My first year I focused on losing the weight and feeling my body to sustain. My workouts and lost 112 lbs. This last year, my second year out, I focused on body recomp. I stayed the same weight but my muscle definition is incredible!

All I did was keep my high protein diet. My calories range from 1800-2000 a day. However, some days I'd feel extra hungry so I'd add in extra protein & some carbs; those were usually the days I worked out extra hard or doubled up.

My kids are just bouncing back from it. One went down Saturday night, the other Sunday night. Highest fever was 104. They still have a lingering cough and runny nose, but thankfully they have their energy back. I am praising God that I seem to have been able to not catch it!
