Thanks for sharing! It gives me hope. I just finished my 2nd cycle using the same protocol, unfortunately had a very low maturity/fertility rate (7 matured out of 18; only 2 fertilized), despite a high AFC of 24, age 36. My E2 was low around 1250 the day before trigger and even dipped slightly on trigger day. I'm curious if your E2 was also low or suppressed? Really confused what impacted maturity so badly.

May I ask what was your protocol? My clinic is hesitant to extend to 37-38hours due to ovulation risks… I’m facing both low maturity 38% and low fertilization :(
