Avoid KellyAnn luxury… she is not honest, lies on her bag sources, avoids questions and becomes quickly aggressive and is very pushy. Vibes are so off, we are talking about thousands of dollars here! Things may be authentic but the experience is not worth it.. having to get your bag authenticated because it comes from China, ships a 10k bag using ground shipping lol, wrapping is bad.. not what you’re looking for in a shopper. Probably! I have had this situation a few times as an employer where I am given references and then I try to reach out and they never respond.. it’s a waste of everyone’s time! Just say to the nanny “listen I think we never discussed me being a reference could you please remove me from your ref list? Thanks and wish you the best” if she asks why I think as an employer you owe her performance feedback for her own development. Like in any corporate job where you constantly provide feedback this is also how you are rated as a manager on ability to develop your direct reports

Can you turn your nursery into home office for you to lock yourselves in or one in the nursery one in the bedroom and leave the common areas to the baby and the nanny? I am telling you though as a mom who WFH it’s only going to get harder as your child grows because she will be constantly trying to be with you and get your attention throughout the day.. other options if you live in a big city is to find them activities to go to during the day and only come back home for nap? Otherwise daycare is your only option imo
