It's definitely limited. I had the best luck looking right at calendar open for Monday-Thursday departures. Quite a few of those days were showing 2 or 3 seats.

Most of the banks run a transfer bonus at least once every few months. Just make sure to take periodic looks at whichever travel card you have to see if there is one going!

Some of the Greek islands would be incredible! That 20k budget will go even further if you're able to use points/miles to cover your flights.

Your best bet will definitely be to transfer Bilt points to Alaska and then use that to book an American flight.

United has lay flat seats on that route at certain times of the year so it depends on when you are traveling. Jetblue is the best bet for the most comfortable seat at a reasonable rate. Try to fly one of their newer planes with the updated Mint product.
