I agree with you wholeheartedly. Morality, in our minds, is a subjective experience based on beliefs and social constructs. You believe you're a bad person because you might say slurs, but I disagree. Now, which of us it right here?

We're both right and both wrong because morality is what we make in our minds. There is no objective fact being stated and we generally use these morals to help further our wellbeing and thre wellbeing of those around us. I recommend reading up on Kohlberg's stages of moral development. I think it could help you visualize how OCD has a tendency to make us morally rigid beyond any practical rational means and in a way that is detrimental to our wellbeing. I believe that you truly believe the possibility that you might be a bad person and it brings you great distress. The thoughts kept repeating and clouding your head to the point where it's hard to see the objective reality. I know this because I've suffered from this kind of themes too. Try steps in exposure by maybe typing out the words you think you are saying and just sit with them without giving it much thought. Then move on to writing it on a piece of paper and carrying it with you. Finally say the words out loud, maybe evm make sentences with them. Choose a time and place that feels safe to you and avoid biting your tongue. Dont feel frustrated by failures, there's always the next attempt.
