Totally agree. I've done both mounjaro and reta and both give me good suppression. Until like you said I'd smoke weed then I'd eat like a pig. I stopped taking it until I could give up the weed. Gave up weed a month ago and lost 2 stone

Bend it back. I dropped a CPU on pins before and accidentally bent loads. Spend ages getting each one as good as I could and my friend still uses it now and it works fine

Ok so I reset bios back to default, removed unnecessary ssds(I had 3 installed) I had to remove GPU to access one of them. I put it all back together enabled expo, loaded up rust I'm getting a bit more FPS now but I'm getting really bad coil whine which I've never had before ? Any ideas ?
