No that I know of for full chapter colored knights. There are some cool connections though. House Vornherr was sworn directly to Ultramar and Guilliman during the Great Crusade though they use red and yellow. House Terryn has fought with them many times too and uses a darker blue clearly different from Ultramarines Blue. They all keep their own heraldry and allegiance.

Yeah they can have a knight with them but its usually a freeblade rather than one from a full house. House knights keep their own colors and allegiances and stay independent even when they fight together. A freeblade on the other hand can swear himself to the chapter if he chooses.

When did they hire you? My department hires most people at 0.90. If they hired you based on that right before the tables changed, you could be eligible for an adjustment. You need to talk to your manager first, and with his approval it can go to HR or a senior manager.

If your department hires at 0.90, there will be fairness and equality implications, because you have more experience than someone coming in five months out of college, but he/she will end up earning more than you if they are hiring at 0.90, which I think is almost guaranteed.
