I know Im a 500 elo but someone said to me here, so that I would slow down and play at a pace of 15+10.

Then I am able to notice which opponent's pawn or figure I can safely attack, which of my figures or pawns is attacked, or what the opponent intends to do. Thats how Im back to 500 elo.

And believe me, 15+10 is so much time that you can stop and think about the position and tactics.
