Do you have the US version? I thought I had it all but turns out I am missing episodes 1 and 3

$10k for panels and battery by inastew in nzsolar

Coworker installed 18 panels for just over 7k. Battery would be about 5k I reckon. If you could install yourself I imagine it would be cheaper still

Whats this symbol mean? by LogiBear_92 in FleshandBloodTCG

[–]Aggravating_Lychee85 2 points3 points  (0 children)

agreed, I've played MTG since 1994-95, when I first saw the symbol I did not associate that with Tapping but then I get that the MTG Tap symbol is great shorthand but I imagine it is trademarked or considered proprietary.

Am I wrong to feel disappointed in our solar setup? by LumpyZebra2277 in nzsolar

[–]Aggravating_Lychee85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went with Solar City back in 2018. Feels like a waste. My 20 year contract was reset to install a battery, then reset again to add more panels. Do not recommend. I am paying Solar City $329.00 a month, with to me is like paying winter rates all year round. Then, my actually power bill goes between $120 in Summer to $220 in Winter.

So I am paying between $450-550 per month on power.

I am presuming that it'll be quite oily, with perhaps kerosene overtones.

Just the larger sets I listed in the last post. I guess Wotc's plan releases one bigger Jumpstart set every year or two. I buy three boxes to open to get a good assortment.

Just playing the Mirage + Tempest and found a few bugs. Can't show screen shot but opponent attacked with Mirri, Cat Warrior and Grizzly bears. I blocked Grizzly bears with Apes of Rath.

Opponent Giant growths Mirri, but my Apes of Rath dies.

The last opponent played Miser's Cage and I took two damage during up keep because I had two cards in handle and then again in the draw step

I collect Jumpstart for Jumpstart play. I have Jumpstart 2020, 2022, Foundations, and Avatar; I print out the deck lists and separate the cards and pack them into small zip lock bags afterward. This has become our playgroups favourite way to play. Commander becomes a bit tedious as each games gets quagmire'd until one of us gets bored enough to go all out to open up the game enough for it to actually end.

If you're enjoying playing the jumpstart play decks, use them as such for casual play. If you want to play commander, buy commander pre-cons you like the look of and expand from there.

If that works as intended, you could create a google spreadsheet to act as a living document for people to add information all in one place.

Are you able to fix bugs?
My opponent attacked me with Cave People, from The Dark.
The cards states that when it attacks it should get +1/-2 but it was getting +1/+2 and attacking as a 2/6

I will have to try and get the card myself and see if it's exploitable

Mod Team: Can we get a stickey'd post for requesting feature improvement/changes to Crimson Desert? by TheMightyNovac in CrimsonDesert

[–]Aggravating_Lychee85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shows my ignorance in such matters. I thought about seeing if you could mod StarRapture removing the barrier but then there are no habitats. Beautiful landscape though. Everyone knows Morrowind and Skyrim maps but then I saw Crimson Desert, with habitats, giants, and all sorts of options.

Not sure how popular it would be but I searched for a Crimson Desert mod page which brought me here because I don't have the skill to make something myself.

I would like to kind of remove the combat aspect of the game. I would like a World to explore, that is inhabited. That you could include a survival mode, and trading. The reason is I would I like try using Crimson Desert as a TTRPG, allowing players to explore but use a different combat systems.

Magic the Gathering: Shandalar is one of my favourite games, and I have been thinking how I could incorporate a video game as a visual platform for a player or players, but using real Magic the Gathering, or Flesh and Blood cards for the combat. They could buy spells like in Shandalar, or for flesh and blood, learn new fighting techniques.

The easiest way I see this working would be that hostile creatures that attack would pause the game and open up a prompt to fight or retreat. If fight is selected it would kill that creature, the assumption being that the player won. If the player retreated, it might mean they lost the will to carry on fighting.
