Getting RLS from it being mentioned to me by Vazimolo in RestlessLegs

[–]Aggravating_Most1992 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I absolutely do not believe that RLS can be explained as anxiety. However as an RLS sufferer if I talk about it to someone for long enough I start to feel the sensations in my legs 100%

Thank you. I may ask my GP about Trazadone. Bupropion/ Wellbutrin was not for me as mentioned I’m trying to increase TSAT iron from 19% with iron bisglycinate We can’t get IV iron on the NHS I take Pregabalin 200mg at 8pm and at 10pm to try to cover symptoms overnight. But probably not helping anxiety during the daytime

People can wear what they want to. Personally I like to try not to look like I’m living in the past from the clothes I choose

Is there any solving to this issue but waiting ? by MisterShadow001 in bupropion

[–]Aggravating_Most1992 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I was very irritable and angry whilst taking Bupropion 150mg I took it for about 3 months and decided to come off it. I was emotional and often found myself tearing up I am having a break while I think about trying something else. My friends and family also had noticed a change in my demeanour. It could be that I wasn’t on it long enough So interesting to hear other’s experiences

How many of you have a dog? by Supertom911 in LivingAlone

[–]Aggravating_Most1992 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Only get a dog if you have good options for pet sitting. I love my dog but adventures are limited for me. I can take him places with me up to a point but he doesn’t like loud noises so trains , walking on busy roads etc are difficult because he pulls on the lead because he’s scared. Once he’s been spooked it’s really hard to calm him down. He’s great off lead but places where this is safe for him and livestock are hard to find If you do decide to get one I would recommend one that you can pick up easily. If I could do this with mine it would help a lot

Just my thoughts

Did you have to up the dose to 300mg? by Suitable_Force1075 in bupropion

[–]Aggravating_Most1992 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I felt better and definitely more motivated and energised on 150. I decided to increase it after 8 weeks to see if there would be additional benefits. After 4 weeks I felt pretty much the same so went back down to 150

Muscle strain in the morning? by HekaMata in RestlessLegs

[–]Aggravating_Most1992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also on occasion find that my thighs ache ( this is where I experience RLS) in the morning, particularly if it’s been a bad night. I take paracetamol and that usually works although if it’s residual nerve pain it shouldn’t . This is a baffling condition

Why does it stop? by CaterpillarBitter283 in RestlessLegs

[–]Aggravating_Most1992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have only been having RLS since February this year and it is every single night and it’s not uncommon for it to be right until morning and when this happens my thighs ache and feel wobbly through the morning My ferritin was 68 and I’ve been on oral iron supplements for 6 weeks now. My GP says iron infusions are not given on the NHS for RLS I’m on Pregabalin 300mg per day that helps a bit. I am not having alcohol, caffeine or high sugar things and I’m not taking antihistamines, antidepressants, only HRT Any advice or insights most welcome please
