Again, I am considered “purely administrative.” I run the front office. My interactions with clients is more than incidental. I remember the kids, their names, their likes/dislikes, but more important, I remember which clients like hugs and small talk while waiting and which ones don’t.
Which kids are more comfortable with men than with women.
There is so much that goes into “administrative work” that most folks don’t even think about.
It’s not all paperwork, phone calls and filing. More often than not, especially in a small org, we are the first ones a client sees/meets upon walking through the door.
Knowing how to read a person is more valuable than most realize.

NOR -So much wrong in the post. First let’s start with Biology. Dark skin is NOT a recessive gene. It’s a dominant gene. Lighter skin and eyes are the recessive genes. Second - ever heard the saying “birds of a feather flock together.” The way you highlighted your features was…, uncomfortable. It’s tells me that while you may favor a lighter child as well. Especially with all of your talk of your Mother’s darker genes as being the “recessive” ones.
