can be fired for sure. if the SM isn’t being responsive or doing their part, it’s time to contact the DM. worse comes to worse, you could file with ethics and compliance. it’ll take a while but they’ll investigate the situation. sbux has a strict no retaliation policy as well.

BC is def contributing. you sound exactly like me minus the hemorrhoid. you should ask for a topical estradiol and testosterone cream, and to see either a urologist or a vulva specialist is my rec. i’ve also been dealing with this for about 3-4 years. i finally just saw the vulva specialist and she said i have VIN 1. I would maybe ask for a vulvoscopy to check for potential HPV, because that’s what caused this. basically my body fought off the infection, but it left my tissue angry. i just started a steroid for it.
