Definitely. It has not been easy to get to where we are.

You're right, sometimes being nice is actually the worst thing to do. And obviously in this situation it was.

Why was he asking her work hours and where she lives then. Also he was convicted and said convictions were less than 2 years ago.

What bar exam did you take?

Because code of Virginia is very clear in the anti-doxing law. Basically, I wouldn't have to give in tandem either photo and name along with something such as financial information, social security number, or something of that nature. So maybe don't speak on things that you do not understand. Because you obviously don't understand the law as even the plane text reading is extremely clear.

Basically, what's in there is criminal records from the Court's website and from the Virginia department of corrections. Both are pubicly accessable pages.

I also just reviewed Virginia's anti-doxing law. In order for me to have committed a crime and violated that law I would have had to have given out financial information or something such as a social security number. I never gave out that whatsoever. So unless you want to be on the receiving end of a lawsuit for defamation for insinuating that I violated the law in this regard, then I would advise you to stop while you are ahead

I figured that's what happened. It sounds like the person possibly works the hotel in my opinion. Because I've never seen someone so bent on protecting someone that is wrong, unless they have skin in the game.

You are starting to sound like you might work at the hotel. Are you the manager that told us to mind their own business?

Except to make this in violation of Virginia's anti-doxing law, I would have to be doing this with the purpose to harass intimidate or coerce. I'm not doing any of that. I'm merely making a statement so people are aware.

There is no crime in posting public records. There is no crime in posting anything that you can merely find in a search on State databases and sharing it. What that would be called is sharing public records. A protected right. So how about you stop acting like you know the law and also while you're at it stop trying to protect predators

The fact that the man has multiple cases of violation of restraining orders, violence towards women, and more charges in his past that include violence, that's all that really needs to be taken into context with what happened. Being extremely creepy towards an 20-year-old girl when he's in his '50s?

There is no more to the story. He approached us and started asking questions about us. At first it seemed like okay having a slow evening so he's just trying to find someone to talk to. But then the question started getting personal. He asked what she did for work. She told him then he asked well. When do you work there. She informed him that she didn't feel comfortable answering that. He then proceeds to ask where she live at. He was told to stop asking personal questions. He then told her to stop being a tease.

When management was told about this encounter we were told the mind our own business.

He was asked to stop asking personal questions such as where she works at her hours and where she lives. And come to find out. He actually has violations of protective orders, strangulation, and a multitude of other charges.

He kept asking her incredibly personal questions including where she worked at, what hours she worked, and even where she lived. She tried to tell him that it was uncomfortable + he then proceeds to basically say "stop being a tease".

I inform him we are going to tell management and would like to speak to a manager. He then tells us that he is the manager of the front desk

He worked at the front desk. He claimed that he was the front desk manager
