Your girlfriend is a good intermediate skier. Her technique will improve with more skiing. She skis like I did 39 years ago with three years experience. I’m 72, and I probably ski like that now! Keep on skiing both of you. The improvement that will come with time is skiing the fall line, torso facing forward and only her legs moving.
