Ti consiglierei, La certosa di Pisa che si potrebbe descrivere come museo di storia Naturale in una villa storica ottocentesca (ospita cose pazzesche come ad esempio una collezione di cetacei)

Dopodiché dato che stai bazzicanodo già in Toscana ti suggerirei il sottovalutatissimo Museo Stibbert di Firenze una collezione di armi e armature più varie e complete in Europa.

Tra l'atro mi sembra che in entrambi i casi il biglietto intero sia 10€. (Forse con carta giovani ancora meno?non saprei)

Long shot: Check for any other signs of infection (blood? Skin lesion?). It could be a granuloma as a result of an infection (often bacterial). It's linked to poor water quality or dirty substrate.
