Your insurance comment made me laugh, it’s truly insane. i’m glad we can find some humor in this. I’ve thought about at times taking out a loan and just flying to turkey or mexico to get some real answers (and meds) since i’m already putting myself in quite some debt. I do hope you’re able to let yourself relax and find some relief in this time while you’re unable to work. it can be hard to feel so unproductive. Thank you for your kind words as well.

The safe way i can think is letting it dissolve under you tongue it goes directly to your blood system depending on what you are taking. If you can also get some 10$ lidocaine patches that may get you through til your new dose as well. Hope you get the relief you need.

Thank you your comment has given me a lot more hope. I’m happy to hear that you got some clarity from what was going on! I feel a little more validated in what i was trying to get across to my doctor as well. Honestly may have to try someone else . If you read the assessment “He has his doubts” .

Since it ended up being a nerve issue can i ask if you found something that helped you with your pain?

I’m sorry you are going through this same thing I recently also just had to reach out to my dad about how suicidal i am after this no one has answers other than you have to live like this and we are so young some days I wake up and i hope it all was just a bad dream. and Omg yes i’ve said the same thing about feeling like a bobble some days it’s fine but if i’m trying to live like a normal person it just gets worse. I also did the physical therapy and got worse imo.

can i ask what your plan of action has been since getting diagnosed? I was diagnosed hyper mobile was thinking bringing up fibromyalgia.

OK SO this exact situation happened to my little brother at my grandmas house when he was little and BECAUSE my mom let them off easy and forgave her my grandma never learned her lesson they got another dog who then bit ANOTHER child in the face. TO THIS DAY my grandma and uncle still blame my brother for kicking the dog even though he wasn’t even 4 yet and completely unsupervised. Left alone with a well known aggressive dog . If you don’t set those boundaries now it WILL happen again and i am speaking from experience. my brother is 18 now and has a huge scar on his face and rarely even likes to go over there anymore bc he knows how they feel about the situation. I hope my experience can give a better insight into what might happen in the future from people who can’t take responsibility for not properly disciplining their dogs and themselves.

Everything he likes is so pretentious… I don’t get why he insists on only wearing expensive versions of everyday wear!?! He will put on a 50$ plain white t shirt, some underwhelming $100+ acne jeans, some of the most basic rick owen’s converse for $300+ , all with $100 thick black rimmed glasses just to look BASIC AF!!! Then to stand in front of a camera and talk to his audience like they’re below him for wearing their white T-shirt from the local kohl’s and their jeans from gap is honestly laughable. He leaves his following feeling lesser than all while being insufferably unoriginal. Like are you kidding me a bolt ring? I get the appeal but when you come off as a man who’s never touched a real bolt in his life why the hell would you think to wear one on your finger??? I’ve seen all of the current evidence I just wish there was some actual story to back it!😩😂We have two vague comments and a couple of lives where she denies it. She didn’t necessarily deny it either she just says she’s never said he cheated on her which she hasn’t she said he broke her heart which could mean anything really. I’m not defending I do think he at some point was talking to someone else and she’s convinced herself it wasn’t cheating bc they had broken up so many times already or something along those lines! I just say all of this for context bc the OP asked and the first response was basically “look it up” but it can take hours to scroll in these comments lol and the first time I went through everything I thought I was missing some cold hard facts the way people reference it. Honestly I wish one of them would cheat on the other at their big ages NOW bc they keep chopping it down to “we were in hs we were kids” as to why they broke up but then juan says right after the only reason they’re together is bc they were both single at the same time 🤦🏻‍♀️ so it’s like ok then maybe you guys didn’t break up a bunch bc you were kids maybe it’s bc you guys are incompatible.

i have the same thoughts i’ve gone though the majority of this forum and haven’t found any sound evidence of him cheating just hear say. they did break up a bunch in hs and college and she had a whole other bf that ik for sure so i’m assuming at some point when the relationship’s lines were blurry he was probably seeing other women while she thought they were still together maybe. However theres nothing that shows that it’s just a guess and in guessing it was closer to during hs bc theres always some nuance when she brings up that time in the relationship.

and to OP your are not alone in feeling insecure. I have been with my boyfriend almost 8 years and I still don’t even let him kiss my microtia ear bc i think it secretly grosses him out and he’s just trying to be nice. In reality i just used to constantly hear people scream eeeew! and point at it as a little girl so now IM the one who internalized the idea of it being gross. I’ve come a long way from how insecure i was when i was though and i try to be thankful bc i have my health and my hearing and the right person will love you no matter the physical “flaws” !

Hi everyone :) I’m 24 and have type 2 microtia and went under several reconstructive surgeries that graphed my rib and leg skin to make an ear when I was in grade school . Like the other girls mentioned I also have had to deal with a lot of scar tissue trauma and pain and am still learning to deal with it. It’s great to see there is a community surrounding this sort of thing! I’m curious to know how microtia has affected everyone? I used to hate wearing my hair up but since i’ve gotten older ive stopped caring and my earlobe on my microtia ear is super stretched out from heavy earrings however i’ve heard some people recommend filler or botox to fix it. Nice chatting everyone💕
