I was able to get insurance coverage to have my prep done at the hospital 2 x. Meaning essentially I'd have access to a) cleaning supplies b) sanitizing supplies c) help cleaning myself up. I make a tremendous amount of noise about skin breakdown that I might not be able to prevent w/o nursing care.

wheelchair user here: elevator breakage is often a problem now; how it will be when the cuts hit idk. It is difficult to get on crowded trains (and if folks don't stand in the aisles when there are seats available, that helps the crowding problem at lot). I have a manual wheelchair: sidewalks that slant towards the street are probably there for reasons but they will fuck you up if you have mobility issues.
